Well, what good bars are there now?
I don’t understand what political comments like this have to do with conky, but Keir Starmer is best Prime Minister that we’ve got right now and I’d appreciate it if we could stick to the topic at hand
Look, I don’t really see what this has to do with the main discussion, but I just want to say that - its really not fair.
For one, the way he was depicted in that video was clearly shown from behind so you couldn’t even see his face, and from the way he was talking you can immediately tell that it’s not his mannerisms. As for your other point, that’s not exactly something anyone can control now, is it? I mean how would you react if you were caught in such a dire circumstance and had to decide between your life or someone else’s.
I think it would be best if you just blanked out your comment at this point.
Edit: Thanks for following through!
apparently not, but what the hell do they use then to show system stats and widgets persistently on their desktop?
he just chillin at the beach
This is why we can’t have nice things…
Learn to document more. It gets a little better with age once you must resign yourself to the fact that you will be interrupted at any point. If you document, you can resume easier and there’s less mind shift inertia.

Okay I must admit that the Geometry nodes + Grease pencil is a powerful artistic style

I liked the soft gradient XP icons, though maybe that’s just the nostalgia talking
You just need to break the syntax apart and look at it from the LHS and the RHS seperately.
In layman’s terms: constantine felt boxed in by his social class which left him often at dagger-ends to the operations on his car. Unable to keep up with the constant payments, he defaulted on the loan.
See? Easy.
If nails were standardised then yeah all this would be overkill. But new nails and heck, wood types are coming out all the time, and you definitely can’t build a spice rack with the wrong tools.
It really isn’t. I do agree that for most purposes a static network with some central public nodes is the answer, but I want something more dynamic
I love how Tobias immediately knows.
“The game? What game? Admire the sheer beauty of this bold and majestic man.”
For real. I just spent a decade in academia working dog hours with little pay keeping services running wondering how the true devs and sysadmins do it.
I recently switched to the corporate world and have peeked behind curtain of competency: headless chickens running around, patching failing products rather than spending time to properly fix them because immediate results are the only metric that counts.
Stability, scalability, reproducibility? Forget it, that’s someone else’s problem apparently.
I just miss my social life. Back when I was on Windows I had a lot of friends and was banging people constantly in my free time. As a Linux user, I’ve pretty much been ostracized by my local community and my mojo no longer works on the daily trimmings. I might give Mac a try, but I’m just not sure how many tide pods I could possibly eat.
