Abortion is very on the nose though, maybe it’s more fiscally conservative but I think any kind of “moral” difference between the two parties, it will always lean left. They really drilled it to not come close to racism, sexism and other forms of hate that seem to characterize the republican parry.

I don’t see many options between asking for a birthdate and asking for ID for this problem. I don’t see any way that this can be enforced that isn’t problematic.

This has not at all been my experience. Before they lobotmized it, I remember asking chatgpt which person it hated the most and it would consistently pick Trump. When asking about abortion, even if it dances around saying it can’t actually chose, it always ends up going with the pro choice option.

I don’t see why it would invalidate anything. Companies can enforce their terms at their own discretion. It’s not like a trademark where they lose it if they don’t use it.

Tesla seems to me like a performance car that’s sold as a luxury car. I think a lot of drivers bought it when they might not be able to handle them. Anecdotally, I remember my mom spinning out at a light years ago after she bought a used luxury vehicle that was actually a powerhouse.

My comment is more in line with the corruption aspect. As much as I think they deserve it, giving it to the employees would be more akin to them winning the lottery. In the space of a year, they will have gone public, shareholders would have stormed in and we would be at square one.

Nationalisation at least has a chance of getting rid of the money corruption aspect. Sadly, the three letter agencies are probably deep in every browser already so I don’t think any solution takes care of that.

Having administration privileges while being blockaded is different then being an actual independant country. They couldn’t even build ports or access to most of their waters for fishing.

Although I think Palestine should be an independant country, if it was not part of the apartheid state of israel, they would have full control over their own borders.

It is not the same as a border check specifically since it’s part of the same country, hence why Israel is an apartheid state.
