A handful of shortcuts isn’t that hard
as in “your fork is official now, we have our own compatability in .net and there’s no need to maintain it”
The recognition is nice, but there hadn’t been a major release in over 5 years. I’d guess the outcome is mostly paperwork
This is in unicode though? U+2042
I like it! Distinct but still simple enough that it could be easily stylized. The constellation symbolism works for me.
Ideally if it were used as an icon it would be slightly larger than the default text on a given page, though I’m not sure how well it fares on those cheap low-res laptops
I didn’t know they were planning to pivot to an open source client, neat! Especially if peppy would like to do something else, the community is massive and can help carry the work
I contributed a lot of comments to the Godot community back when posts didn’t get much interaction, I wouldn’t want those gone. I still come across my own replies when looking up errors!
I used to use the app years ago, does it still hold up? Would be nice to use if it supports rss 🤔
You can also just install the pwa right from your browser (for both teams and outlook web)
I use the La Capitaine icon pack because I agree, the default icons are pretty meh

Yeah, the incel type have overrun the advice communities and it’s a shit show whenever anything that could be vaguely perceived as negative toward a man gets dogpiled. There’s always some pushback, but the consensus ends up being a coin toss whether it’s actually useful or just blaming the victim for everything
Yeah my bad, it would still require the java dev to leave the keys out
That’s what undefined is for
elementary has their own repo for their system apps
I didn’t know about the self-hosted snap stores, thanks for pointing it out!
But you can’t run your own snap repo
There are already people employed at news orgs that do live fact checking, including a ticker along the bottom. Though this could be useful for smaller news orgs
(I’m also US based, it might be more common over here (depending on the station 😭))
What you’re describing is fact checking
No need to apologize, these are some bonkers replies
I hope it catches on!
