I can answer Q1. The order definitely does not matter. All the drives are aware of who they are, so when you import, as long as they are all present, you’re good.
I’ve been using RecipeSage for a while now. It replaced Paprika for me. Runs easily in Docker, and it can create a recipe from a URL.

The problem is with the way GPS works. Your device gets telemetry from the satellites. A fake signal can screw up the whole system.

OTA antenna + Plex is the best combination for me. Any content with no subscription fees.
Support. If your a business, you pay to keep uptime high. This is unnecessary for most people.
