UPDATE: Thanks @nekusoul@lemmy.nekusoul.de for this update: The issue has now been commented on and was closed by the maintainer, where they explained why those blocks would be nonsense. But it appears the OP wants to still talk with maintainer privately about it.
Let’s be fair now. They’re mad at Proton, Tutanota, and Skiff, basically all the services known for not storing your emails in plain text at all times.
Maybe they’re just mad at the concept of privacy.
People have criticized ProtonMail for not allowing totally anonymous accounts through Tor, which is basically the opposite of The criticism leveled here.
