Hello,

would anyone who has access to the Arc browser kindly send me an invitation code for the Windows version? I would greatly appreciate it! ♥

Oh I see. I thought you gave them your email address and they send you a download link. On another note, why arc? Arc looks like just another corporate spyware browser trying to market itself was “responsible.” What is it that you don’t like about Firefox? Firefox is probably the least evil of the majors.

Because I’m curious and want to try it out. Why do some people have an issue with it? I also don’t understand the downvotes.

PS: I didn’t said anything against Firefox, or did I? It will remain my default browser.

First time I hear about Arc. It’s always nice to have more competition, but what’s special about arc that makes it better, or, different?

I can hardly find any info from the website. For the little I can tell, this could be yet another chrome-powered browser, developed closed source, which respects your “privacy”, unless it affects their bottom line, of course. But maybe I’m wrong …

Don’t know what it makes it different yet. Just seems to be another Chrome-based browser, like you already mentioned. Doesn’t hold me back to try it out. More browsers the better. 😄

The windows version isn’t released yet; the Mac version is.

Allegedly Windows is by end of year, but they’re not really being exact with a date.
