It looks like most of the time you cannot refresh your page as it simply keeps loading. If you open a new link it is immediately responsive however. So I guess the server is blocking requests for the same page?

I guess it’s to deal with the recent DDOS attacks, but I find this measure a bit too extreme. Refreshing a thread or your feed from time to time is IMO pretty normal behavior.
