How to Make Really Good Pumpkin Bread (Surprise it's Vegan!)

P.S. This is a vegan recipe! : )
Ingredients:
3½ cups of all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1½ teaspoons of salt
1 15oz. can of pumpkin
3 cups of white sugar (or brown sugar)
3 bananas (or 4 eggs)
1 cup vegetable oil or olive oil
⅔ cup of water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ginger
Instructions:
-Preheat oven to 350°F
-Whisk flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, and ginger in a bowl.
-Mash bananas in separate bowl
-Mix pumpkin, mashed bananas, sugar, water, and oil, until consistent texture (a few banana lumps are okay!)
-Stir flour mix flour into the pumpkin mixture
-Using butter (vegan or standard butter) grease the bottom of a loaf pan and a muffin tin
-Pour the batter into the loaf pan and muffin tin
-Bake muffins 20 minutes or until done (in my experience about 23 minutes!)
-Bake bread 50 minutes or until done (in my experience about 60 minutes!)
-Let cool
-Enjoy!
